Amwaj Shop respects your privacy. This page explains, in plain words, what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect when you order

Your name, phone number, delivery address and nearby landmark, and any delivery notes.
What you ordered, sizes, colours and the total.
We never ask for card details: you pay in cash on delivery.

To prepare your order, confirm it with you by phone or WhatsApp, and deliver it.
To help you if something is wrong with your order.
We share your name, phone and address only with the courier delivering your order. We never sell your information.

We use Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) tools to understand how visitors use the site and to show our ads to people likely to be interested.
These tools may record the pages and products you view, items added to the cart, completed orders, your type of device and your approximate location, using cookies.
We also remember, for up to 90 days, which link, post or ad brought you to our site, so we know which of our posts and ads work.
We do not send your name, phone number or address to these companies in readable form. If we share a phone number to measure our ads, it is first scrambled (hashed) so it cannot be read.

We keep order information as long as we need it to deliver, handle returns and keep our accounts.
You can ask us to delete your information unless we must keep it for an order still in progress.
