We deliver across Damascus city and nowhere else. One flat fee, paid in cash along with the order.

What it costs
25,000 SYP flat, anywhere in the city. There is no surcharge for distance and no charge for a larger order.
Orders over 500,000 SYP are delivered free.
Before we arrive
We call before arriving, so a working phone number at checkout matters more than anything else on the form.
If you are not home
The courier will call and wait, then try again. We make up to three attempts over two working days before the order comes back to us.
Being unreachable rather than out is the same thing here — please answer the phone, or leave a note in the delivery notes field when you order.
Outside Damascus
We do not deliver outside the city. If you are elsewhere in Syria, get in touch and we will tell you whether anything can be arranged rather than promising it on the website.
