How do I choose a size?

The size chart below lists the garment measured flat, in centimetres. Compare it against a garment you already own rather than against your body — that is far more reliable.

If you are between two sizes and want a looser fit, size up. The hoodies run slightly roomier than the sweatshirts.

How do I order?

Add what you want to the cart, go to checkout, and enter your name, phone number, the area of Damascus you are in, your address and a nearby landmark. That is everything the courier needs.

There is no account to create. You get an order number on the confirmation page, and you can look the order up at any time with that number and the phone number you ordered with.

How do I pay?

Cash on delivery. You pay the courier when the order arrives. We do not take card or bank payment, and nothing is charged when you place the order.

How delivery works

We deliver inside Damascus city, for a flat fee — see the delivery page for the areas we cover.

Something is wrong with my order

If something is not right when it arrives, tell us the same day and we will put it right. See the returns page for how.
